Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

• Return is possible only within 24hrs from the date of delivery time, subject to the terms herein.

• No Exchange or Return shall be made without the Official Original Invoice & Warranty Card provided, and the product (including the unit carton) must be returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.

• No Exchange or Return shall be made for the following product categories: All Accessories, Software, Ink, Cartridges, Toners & on-demand services.

• Any Refund will be in the form of Credit Vouchers/Credit Memos only, to be redeemed within a period of 6 months. No cash refund or credit card refund will be allowed.

• Selected products might be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the invoice value.

• It is not possible to return products designated as “On Request" items

• These terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective emirate.
